&lt;div&gt;We served our house salad.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;%26nbsp;Recipe for our House Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing:&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1/2 cup water&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1/4 cup fresh basil&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1/4 cup honey&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;2 tablespoons of dijon mustard&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;salt and pepper to taste&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Blend&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;%26nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Our table was Fall Theme. The Hors d&apos;Oeuvres were Plum Glazed Bacon Wrapped Dates, Mozzarella Tomato with Sundried Pesto Skew, and Seared Beef on Potato Cake with Chive Mustard.%26nbsp; Dessert - Mini Shots of Chocolate Mousse Topped with Whipped Cream.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;The food was passed nibbles of blue cheese, beef %26amp; sweet and
spicy bacon sliders, tomato basil soup shots with tiny grilled cheese
sandwiches and the Fogelman favorite, deviled eggs and caviar. The tapas
buffet included basil shrimp, seared teriyaki beef tenderloin,
proscuiutto wrapped melon, and caesar salad wraps. And Mom brought the
cake!&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;I loved the collage of photo&apos;s from Evan&apos;s life they hung on the
gallery wall.%26nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;The Craighead Green Gallery is a great party space, with notable
and beautiful art, adjustable lighting, friendly staff, in house kitchen
and sound system.%26nbsp; It is in the heart of the design district.%26nbsp; For more
