Wendy Krispin caters parties on the social scene in Dallas, either in private homes, public spaces or one of her two restaurants in the Design Center. Particularly popular with doyennes of design, her food has multi-ethnic influences, including Thai, French, Italian and Mexican. She also does Texas-chic or upgraded Southern recipes and famously caters lavish fund raisers, including a star-studded AIDS Benefit earlier this year. Ranch weddings are another specialty. An affable and enthusiastic figure, Wendy Krispin will happily arrange events throughout the state of Texas.
